Are the phones unlocked?
Yes, all our phones are factory unlocked, and will work with any network in the world.
Do the phones you sell have international warranty?
International Warranty varies from country to country. If you need to claim warranty from abroad, you will have to ship the phone back to us, but bear in mind we will not cover the shipping expense. If you are in the UAE though, we will collect and deliver to you for FREE.
When do I receive my order?
Delivery depends on seller. Delivery time is indicated in the product page.In any case, after you place an order, you will be contacted by our team to confirm stock availability, delivery time, and date.
How Do I Place an Order?
We update stock list everyday, but it might happen that when you place an order, the item had already been sold to another customer. We will respect the order sequence every time, that’s why we will contact you to confirm availability.

Basic delivery is completely FREE within the UAE.
